Our strategic management and leasing goals reviewed and assessed to meet each property’s needs, to increase the net income, reduce operating expenses, service tenants to the highest level, have monthly maintenance programs in place, and provide ownership with comprehensive reporting and recommendations to achieve their short and long term goals. Each portfolio is assigned to a highly dedicated and trained Property Manager, in which our Owners and Tenants have direct contact with at any time, giving that personalized access and offering the highest customer service and management needs to our leased and managed portfolios. Our accounting department also meets the needs of each owner and the accountants and/or mortgage holders by maintaining accurate records and submitting monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.
As one of the largest third-party property management companies we are able to reduce triple net charges, by getting the best rates for vendor services, electricity, as well as creating more value within the shopping center, which of course will give us more room to increase leasing rates per square foot, therefore, increasing the net operating income.
